"DamNation" at 7 p.m. on April 24

SXSW film festival winner, "DamNation" will be shown on Sunday, April 24, at 7 p.m. in the Pond Building, located at 921 S. 8th Ave in Pocatello.  This powerful film odyssey across America explores the sea change in our national attitude from pride in big dams as engineering wonders to the growing awareness that our own future is bound to the life and health of our rivers and finding ways to keep them flowing with the possibility and reality that some major dams may need to be removed.  Admission is free for all.  Donations are welcome, but not required.  Hosted by Friends of the Environment and IPSA
