Herring Run Festival Film & Discussion Event: DamNation


Plimoth Plantation presents DamNation at the 2015 Herring Run Festival 

6:30 pm Social hour (beer and wine cash bar)
7 pm Film screening, followed by a post-film discussion
Plimoth Plantation, Henry Hornblower II Visitor Center, Plymouth, Mass.

Kick-off the 2015 Herring Run Festival with Douglas Watts, author of the book Alewife, along with local conservation experts for a screening and discussion of the award-winning film DamNation. The evening will  begin with a social hour at 6:30 p.m. (beer and wine cash bar), followed by the film at 7 p.m. and a post-film discussion of the Town of Plymouth's dam removal and waterway restoration efforts, and their impact on local alewife and American eel populations.

Entrance: $8.00 for museum members, $10 for non-members.
