Panelists will include: Kim O’Cain, Water Resource Specialist with the City of Santa Monica's Office of Sustainability & the Environment and Jacques Leslie, Journalist and author of Deep Water: The Epic Struggle Over Dams, Displaced People and the Environment as well as other experts in the field.
